Who: Join the Surfrider Foundation's Mendocino County Chapter
What: The Mendocino County Chapter will be hosting a beach clean up and surf
paddle out at Big River State Beach on Friday June 20th from 2:00pm to
7:00pm. Bring a picnic lunch or dinner and a warm wetsuit if you want to
play in the water. Lots of cool prizes for participants.
Where: Meet at the bottom of the stairs next to the volley ball courts or
on the east side of the Big River overpass in the State Park Parking Lot.
In an effort to reduce usage of single use plastic bags for garbage
collection we are encouraging participants to bring a 5 gallon bucket or
pail for trash collecting. We will have extras at the beach.
